What are your hours of operation? |

We are open from 10:00am to 7:00pm and we are available 7 days a week by phone.

What carrier/methods do you use to ship? |

Claude's uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship. Monday through Wednesday we ship via 2-day priority mail; Thursday and Friday we ship via overnight express. This assures that our product will arrive to you fresh. Please allow an additional 48 hours for us to process your order.

Our chocolate may contain traces of peanuts or other nuts. If you are allergic to nuts or to other types of foods, please let us know before you buy so that we may better serve you.

How long do your products stay fresh? |

Our gourmet Belgian chocolate is made from the finest ingredients available. Because our bonbons and truffles do not contain any artificial additives or preservatives, they are best if eaten within three (3) weeks of purchase. Our other products may be kept for up to two (2) months.
